Job summary

TRI STAR SECURITY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations leader to manage day-to-day office functions, procurement, and cross-border supply chain activities across APAC.

You will source suppliers, negotiate contracts, coordinate deliveries to China and Europe, and align regional projects with HQ. Fluent English and Chinese are essential, with travel across APAC and Europe anticipated. This role offers a permanent contract with full statutory insurance, a competitive salary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain or business.
• 5+ years in operations/procurement/supply chain within manufacturing; 3+ years managing a team.
• Solid knowledge of metal parts sourcing and the APAC supplier market; automotive background preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (spoken & written) as working languages; German/French/other language is a plus.
• Familiar with cross-border trade; open to travel within APAC and to Europe.
