• Schedules and conducts milestone meetings.
• Responsible for meeting or improving cycle time and other metrics.
• Ensures timely response to operations issues and maintains conformance to customer/vendor requirements.
• Develops training and career development; coaches employees and manages performance.
• Manages hiring, rewards and discipline processes.
• Drives Lean, Safety and Quality.
