Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Executive to manage day-to-day client accounts, lead onsite teams across dining halls and pantries, and ensure service excellence. You will coordinate stakeholders, monitor costs, and drive improvements in processes and performance.

Ideal candidates hold a hospitality or business degree, with 4–6 years in F&B or catering operations and 2–3 years in supervision. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is essential for reporting and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, F&B Management or related field.
• WSQ Food Safety Level 3 required; HACCP certification preferred.
• 4–6 years in F&B, catering, hospitality or workplace dining operations.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory role and strong KPI reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client stakeholders, onsite operations, finance, procurement and support functions.
• Lead the onsite Operations Executive team across dining halls and pantry locations.
• Ensure operational excellence, financial control, service quality and client satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare dashboards, analyse performance metrics and support events/catering.
