Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise, review and enforce established operating procedures by the on-site operators
• Monitor work processes and performance of the on-site operators in order to achieve service excellence and ensure quality performance
• Keep track of daily/weekly/monthly roster; attendance; leave schedule and duty schedule
• Monitor staffs' adherence to all company policies, procedures, code of conduct and ensure that company directions are communicated and implemented
• Immediate response for escalation of incident to higher management
• Ensure manpower deployments fully comply with both MOM & PLRD regulations
• Customer relations – engage with and rectify feedbacks from clients in a timely and efficient manner
• To operator and monitor system for card access, Incident reporting and Investigation Management system, Ops Monitoring System etc
• To provide direction and support to the on-site operators
• Assist the Division Head in the management of manpower resources; equipment; and other resources to allow the on-site teams to operate optimally within its allocated budget

Skills & Experience

• Diploma/Degree from recognized institutions
• Candidates who are Commissioned Officers from SAF or Senior Officers from the SPF are welcome to apply
• Possess strong leadership qualities and maturity
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Resourceful, self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently
• Possess good Microsoft applications skillset (Excel/Words/Powerpoint)
• Good service mindset
• May be required to work on 12-hours rotating shift
• May be required to work on weekends/public holidays based on roster
