Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring excellence and consistency.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction across outlets.
• Develop, mentor, and inspire Restaurant Managers and teams to achieve leadership excellence.
• Monitor budgeting, labour costs, food costs, inventory, and overall cost control.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
• Maintain outstanding guest experiences by upholding service standards across all venues.
• Build strong partnerships with Culinary, Marketing & Communications, and Support Functions.
• Lead recruitment, succession planning, and performance management initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and management meetings to drive accountability.
• Champion the group’s Core Principles and foster a positive culture.

They are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of multiple restaurant concepts. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced hospitality professional who combines commercial acumen with operational excellence and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

The successful candidate will lead and develop high-performing management teams while driving operational consistency, financial performance, and service excellence across multiple outlets. Working closely with the Founders and senior leadership team, you will play a key role in strengthening the group's reputation as a leading hospitality group.
