Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Operations Manager to oversee funeral services operations and team coordination. You will run morning briefings, delegate duties, and lead staff recruitment and training, ensuring efficient manpower planning.

You will also oversee budgeting and forecasts, prepare duty rosters including standby/night shifts, monitor service quality and compliance with standards, and drive improvements based on client feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations experience in the service industry.
• Proven team leadership and management experience.

• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasts and budgetary reporting to Finance.

• Review client and family feedback, address complaints and drive service improvements.
• Improve operational processes, SOPs, forms and documentation to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee staff welfare, morale, leave, overtime, compensation and disciplinary matters.
• Collaborate with Corporate Services, Marketing and Team Leaders to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
