• Oversee factory floor operations, machinery maintenance, CNC/woodworking equipment utilization, and assembly lines to hit daily output targets.
• Manage inventory of raw lumber, panels, hardware, and finishes while mitigating supply chain delays.
• Enforce strict quality assurance checks for custom cabinetry or furniture and maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant workshop environment.
• Implement Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement systems to reduce wood waste and lower operational costs.
• Direct plant managers, master carpenters, logistics coordinators, and administrative staff, fostering high productivity and safety standards.
