Manage daily operations of the furniture manufacturing company.

Plan and supervise production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines.

Oversee the production of wooden furniture, fixtures and related products.

Manage and coordinate production workers and assign daily tasks.

Monitor product quality and ensure production meets company standards.

Control raw materials, stock levels and production costs.

Coordinate with suppliers, customers and contractors when required.

Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.

Handle customer enquiries, quotations and order requirements.
