Job summary

LS 2 SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day service delivery and ensure operations align with contracts and quality targets. You will lead supervisors and front-line staff, manage budgeting, and collaborate with Finance and HR on manpower and compliance matters.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a proactive approach to maintaining service quality across all sites in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Working knowledge of Singapore employment and work pass regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when operationally required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure services are delivered on schedule and to contract specifications.
• Manage manpower deployment, rostering and attendance, and ensure adequate coverage across all sites.
• Lead, train and appraise supervisors and frontline staff, and handle staff performance and disciplinary matters in consultation with HR.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, work pass requirements, workplace safety and health standards, and relevant licensing conditions.
• Monitor service quality through site inspections, audits and client feedback, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage client relationships, including regular reviews, complaint handling and contract-related operational matters.
• Prepare and manage the operational budget, control costs, and provide timely inputs to Finance on manpower costs, overtime, claims and supplier payments.
• Oversee procurement and management of equipment, consumables and subcontractors.
• Prepare regular operational reports and performance updates for senior management.
