Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, delivery and installation.
• Plan schedules and manage manpower to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Coordinate with Sales, suppliers and installation teams for smooth workflow.
• Monitor product quality, investigate errors and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory, material usage and operational costs.
• Supervise staff performance and ensure safety and procedures are followed.
• Monitor job progress, resolve issues and report performance to Management.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs.
