Job summary

Rolls-Royce Singapore invites engineering students for an internship programme designed to build your career from day one. You will support the Quality and Manufacturing teams, analyze production data, and assist in CAPA implementation to improve process compliance and operational efficiency.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, quality systems, and industry standards, with meaningful projects and experienced mentors to help you develop essential skills.

Qualifications

• Students in Engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, etc.) with a strong drive and analytical ability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Python, Anaconda, and Power BI for data-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support Quality and Manufacturing teams in maintaining process compliance and efficiency.
• Assist in analysing production data and supporting CAPA activities.
• Help produce production schedules within cost and time estimates and track progress.
• Prepare production, programme, and portfolio reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor costs, timescales, resource usage and report deviations.
