The Deputy General Manager will assist in planning, oversee performance across functions, and help implement improvements while representing the company in key meetings. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2–8 years of managerial experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
