Job summary

A leading staffing solutions company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily meal service operations and ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in reporting and inventory management, with fast availability preferred. This role offers up to $3,000/month in a full-time capacity, working Monday to Friday with annual leave benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in reporting, inventory management, and compliance tracking.
• Fast availability is a big advantage (immediate starters preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, hygiene, and safety compliance (SFA/NEA, 7-in-1 file).
• Act as the main point-of-contact with school administrators & teachers.
• Oversee daily meal service operations, including prep timelines.
• Lead, supervise & schedule 2 part-time staff.
• Manage inventory, stock records & ordering.
• Track daily revenue and manage cost control & wastage.
• Provide customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Handle any other operational tasks assigned by manager.
