Qualifications

• Singaporeans & PRs only.
• Fresh graduates may be considered.
• Experience in healthcare is advantageous.
• EMT certification or nursing qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Daily scheduling and dispatching of non-emergency medical transport vehicles and drivers.
• First point of contact for hotline calls and inquiries.
• Ensure timely and safe transport of patients to healthcare facilities.
• Monitor fleet readiness, maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain records for drivers, vehicles, and transport logs.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and rostering of drivers and attendants.
• Investigate incidents and report to management with proposed solutions.
