Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances (Greater Asia) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a hands-on trainee to support continuous improvement initiatives in our Singapore manufacturing warehouse.

Based onsite in Chin Bee, you will help plan and execute improvement projects, assist in employee engagement and training, and contribute to safe, efficient operations. You will participate in discussions and analyses (RA, PHA, root cause analysis) and rotate through other departments to gain broad exposure while

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical or relevant discipline is required.
• Basic plant operation knowledge is expected.
• Knowledge in RPA / Excel VBA is preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing warehouse team.
• Plan and execute assigned improvement projects.
• Employee engagement & training support.
• Facilitating discussions or participates in analysis (e.g. Risk Assessment, PHA, root cause analysis).
• Rotational exposure to another department to learn or execute small projects.
• Execute & complete tasks assigned by direct supervisor or manager.
