Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to ensure stock procedures are applied across replenishment, inbound and outbound processes, and cycle counts.

You will support daily store operations and maintenance while upholding Tiffany's standards of service and presentation. You will assist with finance and administration tasks, be a passionate brand ambassador with excellent customer service, and collaborate with the Store Manager and Market Director to align operations with the

• Experience in store operations and stock control.
• Ability to maintain inventory integrity and cycle counts.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee stock procedures are followed across inventory replenishment, inbound/outbound, and cycle counts.
• Provide support in daily store operations and maintenance.
• Assist with finance and administration preparation and support.
• Act as a passionate brand ambassador with excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Market Director during opportunity development.
