What you’ll do

• Oversee Fleet & Driver Excellence: Manage the daily allocation of buses, ensure all vehicles are well-maintained, and supervise drivers to uphold the highest standards of safety and punctuality.

• Champion Student Safety: Implement and monitor safety protocols, handle incident reports, and ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified.

• Be a Communication Hub: Serve as a key contact for parents and school staff, professionally addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on routes, delays, or emergencies.

• Coordinate Seamless Operations: Manage daily arrivals, dismissals, and after‑school activity buses, ensuring smooth traffic flow and resolving any on‑ground issues promptly.

• Handle Special Requests: Efficiently process and coordinate all ad‑hoc bus bookings for school trips and events.

What we’re looking for

• Knowledge of or interest in transportation safety standards and fleet management.
