Job summary

Zaccha, a Singapore-based immune health company, seeks an experienced operations and customer experience professional to own the post-sale journey and ensure reliable fulfillment.

You will oversee inventory, platform administration on Shopify, and responsive support across channels, while coordinating with a founder-led team and quarterly events. This hybrid role requires Singapore residency and a proactive, customer‑led mindset. Salary SGD 4,500–5,500 per month.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in operations, e-commerce operations or fulfilment.
• Working knowledge of Shopify including order management and basic reporting.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin; written and spoken.
• Based in Singapore and available for four weekend events each year.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand by SKU, manage inventory, and maintain reorder points.
• Oversee daily order flow with warehouse partner and handle exceptions.
• Maintain Shopify backend, pricing, inventory sync and discounts.
• Deliver weekly operations reports covering stock and order issues.
• Manage customer enquiries across WhatsApp, email and social inboxes.
• Own quarterly Seasons of Health events communications and follow-up.
