Job summary

SPH Media Limited is seeking an Operations and Communications Intern for SPH Foundation. The role focuses on supporting day-to-day foundation operations and coordinating events and engagement activities.

You will assist with content updates, communications, and archival tasks while gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit administration and stakeholder coordination within a charitable setting.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to write clearly, concisely, and engagingly.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in using digital tools, including social media platforms and content management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for SPH Foundation's daily work.
• Support and execute events organised or sponsored by the Foundation, including Lim Kim San Memorial Scholarship, network events for scholars and community engagement activities.
• Assist with content updates for SPH Foundation website and LinkedIn page (to be launched in 2026).
• Archiving and digitization of documents, and other administrative support for the Foundation.
