Syfe in Singapore seeks an Operations Associate to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of trades, corporate actions, and fund flows. You will reconcile internal books with external vendors while identifying efficiency opportunities to scale our operations.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in financial operations, strong Excel skills, and a meticulous, collaborative mindset to support Syfe’s growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Singapore work eligibility (citizens, PR or valid work pass).
• 2-4 years of operations experience in banks, asset management or financial institutions.
• Experience with trade settlement processes and custodian/vendor interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Meticulous with strong time-management and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform day-to-day trade and cash processing, settlement, corporate actions processing and reconciliation.
• Identify process improvements and implement enhancements.
• Develop and maintain vendor and inter-department relationships.
• Conduct due diligence on new and existing clients and review documentation.
