Job summary

Hyphens Pharma Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Assistant to support daily warehouse activities in Singapore. You will handle picking and packing with accuracy, assist the logistics team, and ensure timely order fulfilment.

The role requires IT literacy, a good team player, and the ability to perform light physical tasks. Driving of a Class 3 license is advantageous, and prior stores experience with pharmaceuticals is a plus.

Qualifications

• GCE O’ Level or equivalent preferred.
• IT literacy required.
• Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
• At least 1 year stores experience in pharmaceutical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in picking and packing of products and timely fulfilment of orders daily.
• Assist logistics team with picking & packing when required.
• Act as checker to ensure accuracy of picked products when necessary.
• Perform QC checks on products when necessary.
• Assist with quarterly stock counts.
• Assist with replenishing stocks in active store.
• Maintain cleanliness of store area through regular housekeeping.
• Take on other related duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

A. Operations

• Ensure accuracy in picking and packing of products as well as the timely fulfilment of orders on a daily basis

• Assist our logistics team in picking & packing, when required

• Perform duties of a checker to ensure accuracy of picked products, when necessary

• Perform QC check on products, when necessary

• Assist with the quarterly stock count

• Assist with the replenishing of stocks in active store

• Ensure cleanliness of store area through consistent housekeeping

B. Take on other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Preferably GCE ‘O’ level certificate and IT literate

• Candidate with class 3 license is advantageous

• Those with at least 1 year experience in stores dealing with pharmaceutical products will have an added advantage

• Capable of performing physical duties and a good team player
