Job summary

ST Electronics Hub in Singapore is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Engineer (Navaids) to support complex aviation systems and ensure navigational aids meet stringent industry standards.

You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, and integrate cutting-edge Navaids solutions that align with client requirements and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level knowledge in engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with aviation standards and regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
• Singaporean Only.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Oversee systems engineering processes including requirements analysis, system architecture, verification and validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and testing divisions to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Engage with external partners, clients, and stakeholders to align engineering solutions with operational needs.
• Champion innovation by identifying emerging technologies and implementing best engineering practices.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively, ensuring adherence to budgets and milestones.
