Job summary

PwC Singapore is offering an Intern/Trainee role within Internal Firm Services - Operations. You will assist in analysing current processes, gathering data, and learning to identify pain points and improvement opportunities to support business needs.

You'll learn desk analysis, stakeholder engagement, user feedback collection, and the creation of user guides; plus contribute to building AI‑powered tools to enhance day‑to‑day tasks, under guidance and with a strong emphasis on timely delivery.
