Job summary

Johnson Controls, a global leader in thermal management, data centers, healthcare, and decarbonization, is seeking an Analyst intern in Singapore to support Operational Excellence, SEA and Bid Management, APAC. You will analyze data, prepare reports, and contribute to projects that improve business performance.

Depending on priorities, you may assist with bid preparation, track KPIs, support quality and fulfilment initiatives, or help solve operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Pursuing master's/degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making.
• Prepare bid documents, proposals, and compliance checks.
• Support KPI tracking, reporting, and performance dashboards.
• Support process improvement and identify gaps with recommended solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality and on-time delivery insights.
• Prepare presentations and documentation of findings.
