Job Description:
Tele-Health Operation Support
- Manage daily Tele-Health administrative tasks and resolve medicine delivery issues efficiently
- Investigate and follow up on patient and client enquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders, including employers, doctors, clinics, and internal departments.
- Ensure strict adherence to PDPA regulations, company standards, SOPs, and always maintain patient confidentiality.
- Coordinate follow-up care for patients after tele-consultations, ensuring continuity of care.
- Responsible in financial administrative tasks, including preparing refunds, raising credit notes, and collecting outstanding payments from patients or employers.
Service Excellence
- Ensure a high standard of professional service to clients, meeting customer service and quality KPIs as determined by the department.
- Adhere to best practices by responding to calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring prompt attention to inquiries and issues.
- Proactively identify customer’s needs and sustain a culture of service excellence within the organisation.
- Work collaboratively and effectively with other teams within the organisation to contribute to the performance of the team.
- Follow up and support reporting officer in handling patient relation issues.
Equipment, Supplies, and Maintenance
- Responsible for keeping inventory of office equipment and their maintenance, including ensuring there are sustainable supplies of stationery and other consumables.
- Responsible for reporting to the Operation Manager / Operation Executive of any machine breakdown or damage to property.
Others
- Keep self-informed and up to date on product and services offered across the organisation.
- Attend training as assigned by Operation Manager / Operation Executive.
- Able to be deployed to other medical centres including supporting of Community Health Day and MMS events when necessary.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Operation Manager / Operation Executive.
