Job summary

Shopee SPX Express is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist for the SPX Express SG local team. You will monitor KPIs, analyze performance trends, and lead initiatives to improve end-to-end operational processes, working with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities include analyzing delivery trends, drafting SOPs, resolving escalations, testing features, and driving quality improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics or data-related roles is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL with strong numerical/data analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery trends and analyze issues; produce actionable reports.
• Establish processes and draft SOPs for cross-team clarity.
• Promptly resolve escalations such as misdelivered or lost parcels.
• Test new operational features and support rollout.
• Conduct quality checks and drive continuous process improvements.
• Lead mini-projects to boost operational efficiency.
