dnata Singapore is seeking a highly driven Project Manager to join the Business Planning & Performance team. You will lead operational improvement, transformation, and business performance initiatives across Ground Handling, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

You will drive measurable benefits and work with Operations, Finance, HR, Safety, and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Aviation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, or performance management.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools, Power BI, Excel, and performance reporting.
• Experience in aviation, ground handling, logistics, transportation, or other operational environments is advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence, business transformation, workforce optimisation, and process redesign.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Analyse operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that improve productivity, service quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery.
• Support change management initiatives and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Safety, and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
• Monitor project performance and track delivery of targeted operational and financial benefits.
