Job summary

RTX in Singapore is seeking a Production Controller to manage planning directions, govern production flow, and safeguard delivery commitments through milestone-driven sequencing and proactive risk management. You will lead cross-functional teams, set readiness criteria, review performance, and escalate blockers to protect engine delivery timelines.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential; a degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in production planning, production control or maintenance operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
• Good team player and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and self-directed with strong drive to deliver results.
• Demonstrate effective communication skills with leadership and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Set weekly production priorities aligned with delivery commitments, capacity and milestones.
• Establish readiness and gated closure criteria for progression through engine milestones.
• Review performance against plan, identify gaps and drive recovery with stakeholders.
• Escalate constraints and decisions that could affect delivery commitments.
• Drive early planning across inductions, align work scope, capacity and material needs.
• Prioritize risk resolution to protect engine turnaround time and commitments.
• Establish a regular review cadence for constraints, recovery priorities and outcomes.
• Ensure recovery actions are reflected in production plans and escalate stalled decisions.
