Job summary

RTX Collins Aerospace in Singapore is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop repair schedules and coordinate cross‑department workflows. You will monitor purchase parts, load route cards, and track timelines to meet customer expectations.

Strong cost analysis and ERP experience are essential for accurate job costing and inventory control. Applicants should have a degree in mechanical or aeronautical engineering and minimum 4 years of aerospace scheduling experience.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or relevant fields, preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of production scheduling experience in aerospace MRO.

Responsibilities

  • Develop overall repair schedule for jobs.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth repair processes.
  • Check and follow up on purchase and sub-contract parts.
  • Load, print and release route cards to Shop.
  • Track job schedule and ensure Shop finishes within customer expectations.
  • Close the job in ERP and ensure costing accuracy.
  • Analyze job cost and report discrepancies in materials and labor.
  • Manage inventory and cost control.
  • Understand repair processes and expedite as needed.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties.
  • Manage turnaround time (TAT) and Day in House (DIH).

What You Will Do
  • To develop overall repair schedule for jobs
  • To coordinate between various departments to ensure smooth flow of repair procedures and internal process.
  • To check and follow up on purchase and sub-con parts
  • To load, print and release route card to Shop
  • To track job schedule and ensure Shop finishes the repair work scope within customer expectation
  • To close the job in ERP system and ensure all material and labour costing are accounted.
  • Analyze job cost and feedback to team on any discrepancy on material, labor cost and gross profit margin.
  • To be responsible for inventory management and control.
  • Understand the repair process and capable of expediting the completion of job to meet customer requirements.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as required.
  • Manage and track turnaround time (TAT) and Day in house (DIH).
Qualifications

We Prefer Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical Engineering or relevant fields. Minimum 4 years of production scheduling in an aerospace MRO environment.
