Job summary

Mirza M&E Engineering Pte Ltd is expanding and seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our M&E operations in Singapore, covering Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection and Plumbing projects.

You will oversee resource planning, site coordination, client communication, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, including BCA and SCDF regulations, while developing a high-performing team of technicians and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore M&E/Construction sector.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites and teams.
• Knowledge of Singapore regulations related to M&E and construction operations.
• Strong leadership demonstrated through team management and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee M&E operations across Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection and Plumbing projects.
• Plan and allocate manpower and materials to meet project demands and deadlines.
• Coordinate site activities and liaise with clients for clear communication and requirements.
• Prepare and manage quotations to support budgeting and cost control.
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations including BCA and SCDF requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of technicians and supervisors.
• Apply technical troubleshooting to resolve on-site challenges and maintain progress.

Job Summary

Oversee M&E operations for Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing projects in Singapore, ensuring efficient resource planning, site coordination, client communication, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E operations across Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Plan and allocate manpower and materials effectively to meet project demands and deadlines
• Coordinate site activities to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues promptlyLiaise with clients to maintain clear communication and address project requirements and concerns
• Prepare and manage quotations to support project budgeting and cost control
• Monitor project costs and implement measures to maintain budget compliance
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations including BCA and SCDF requirements
• Lead and develop a team of technicians and supervisors to achieve operational excellence
• Apply technical troubleshooting skills to resolve on-site challenges and maintain project progress
