Job summary

Mirza M&E Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead electrical, ACMV, fire protection and plumbing operations in Singapore. You will oversee resource planning, site coordination, client communications and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Grow a high-performing team of technicians and supervisors, manage quotations, monitor costs and drive project delivery across multiple sites while adhering to BCA and SCDF regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant M&E/Construction experience in Singapore.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites and teams.
• Knowledge of Singapore M&E/Construction regulations.
• Strong leadership skills demonstrated through team management and project delivery.
• Technical troubleshooting skills applied in operational contexts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee M&E operations across Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Plan and allocate manpower and materials effectively to meet project demands and deadlines.
• Coordinate site activities to optimize workflow and liaise with clients for clear communication and address project requirements and concerns.
• Prepare and manage quotations to support project budgeting and cost control.
• Monitor project costs and implement measures to maintain budget compliance.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations including BCA and SCDF requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of technicians and supervisors to achieve operational excellence.
• Apply technical troubleshooting skills to resolve on-site challenges and maintain project progress.

Job Summary

Oversee M&E operations for Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing projects in Singapore, ensuring efficient resource planning, site coordination, client communication, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E operations across Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Plan and allocate manpower and materials effectively to meet project demands and deadlines
