TZ Logistic in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process on the factory floor, ensuring safe, efficient, and budget-conscious operations. You will lead cross‑functional teams, optimize workflows, manage budgets and resources, and drive recruitment and training while upholding quality and compliance with local laws and industry policies.

• Oversee end-to-end production from raw materials to finished goods
• Analyze workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and boost productivity
• Manage departmental budgets, allocate equipment and staff, and track metrics
• Lead recruitment and training, supervise staff, and foster cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with local laws, safety regulations, and industry policies
• Act as liaison between frontline staff, upper management, vendors, and clients
