TZ LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. seeks an Operations Leader in Singapore to oversee end-to-end production processes on factory floors, ensuring safe and efficient operations within budget to transform raw materials into finished goods.

You will drive process optimization, manage budgets and resources, lead a cross-functional team, uphold quality and compliance, and coordinate with stakeholders to align staff with management and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end production processes on factory floors.
• Process Optimization: Analyze workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement strategies to boost productivity and cut costs.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee departmental budgets, allocate equipment/staff, and track financial or operational metrics.
• Team Leadership: Supervise staff, manage performance, lead recruitment/training, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure products or services meet quality standards and adhere to local laws, safety regulations, and industry policies.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between frontline staff, upper management, vendors, and clients.
