Job summary

WECRUIT Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Operating Theatre Staff Nurse to support surgeons during procedures, perform scrub and AU duties, and document clinical care accurately.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient transfers before and after surgery, provide post-operative care, and contribute to the continuous improvement of nursing protocols.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Nursing with valid SNB licence.
• Willing to support a range of surgical disciplines.
• Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during procedures and document clinically.
• Perform scrub and AU nursing tasks per protocols.
• Coordinate patient transfer before/after surgery with teams.
• Provide post-operative recovery care and monitor patients.
• Review and improve nursing protocols and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities for Operating Theatre Staff Nurse:

• Assist surgeons during operative procedures and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Perform Scrub and/or Anaesthetic Unit (AU) nursing responsibilities in accordance with established clinical protocols.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate safe and efficient patient transfer before and after surgery.
• Provide post-operative recovery nursing care and monitor patients' conditions.
• Participate in the review and continuous improvement of nursing protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for Operating Theatre Staff Nurse:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) licence.
• Willing to support a range of surgical disciplines.
• Able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
