Job summary

Perennial Holdings Private Limited is seeking a Full-time on-site WSH Officer to conduct inspections, risk assessments, and investigations across its healthcare and real estate assets in Singapore. The ideal candidate has 2+ years as a registered WSH Officer, with strong knowledge of WSH Act and ISO 45001 familiarity.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer.
Experience in facility management, construction, and Design for Safety; familiarity with ISO 45001 is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of the WSH Act, regulations, codes of practice, and risk management.

Responsibilities

Conduct WSH inspections, internal audits, and risk assessments across projects and assets.
Identify hazards and recommend risk control measures; liaise with contractors and managing agents to implement actions.
Investigate workplace incidents and follow up on corrective actions.
Plan and deliver safety training, inductions, and WSH programmes.
Liaise with managing agents, contractors, consultants to ensure WSH compliance.
Maintain documentation of WSH activities; prepare reports for management and authorities.
