PRISM+ is seeking a Technical Support Product Specialist to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on testing and evaluating products, providing technical support, and offering solutions for hardware and system issues to consumers and businesses.

You will conduct product testing, assist with onsite repairs, and configure TV setups. The position requires prior experience as an onsite TV technician, a valid Class 3 driving license, and flexibility for overtime when needed.

Formación

• Min 3 years of working experience as an onsite TV Technician or relevant experience.
• Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Willingness to perform overtime work when required.
• Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT, Electronics or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct testing for new product/software prior launching.
• Provide repair, service and customer support during onsite visit.
• Configuration of TV setup and other devices (Android/ Apple devices).
• Work independently to diagnose and troubleshoot any onsite issues at customer locations.
• Record and update test reports/service reports in a timely manner.
• In-house repair and maintenance of TV exchanged by customer.
• Support warehouse disposal activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
