What's your role?

Dasher Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic Onsite Technician to join our team and assist customers in enjoying smart home technology. This role is ideal for tech-savvy individuals who enjoy working with people and aim to enhance home convenience and intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Install Smart Appliances: Visit customers' homes to set up smart devices such as robot vacuum cleaners, cordless vacuums, dishwashers, water purifiers, and smart lighting.
• Train Customers: Educate customers on how to use their new gadgets effectively to ensure they are comfortable with their smart home upgrades.
• Provide Tech Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to smart devices, including app connectivity.
• Plumbing Knowledge: Utilize basic plumbing skills for water-connected appliances, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s housing standards.
• Water Purifier/Dispenser Experience: Experience with water purifiers or dispensers is a plus to enhance service quality.
• Team Player: Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent customer experiences, sharing tips and ideas for service improvement.

Skills Required

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in English and 中文 (spoken and written) for communication with Chinese-speaking customers and suppliers.
• Valid Singapore 2B motorbike or 3A car license.
• Availability to work 5.5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, and Saturday 9am-1pm.

Support Provided

Initial training with guidance from senior staff, ongoing mentorship from team leads, and participation in internal sharing sessions on new products and technologies.
