The successful candidates will coordinate with precast suppliers, consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure precast works progress from design through installation and inspection, with strong emphasis on quality and

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field.
• Experience as a Precast Engineer or precast coordination in building construction.
• Experience in HDB or large-scale residential precast projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan precast design, shop drawing submissions and production schedules.
• Coordinate precast installation and crane-related activities on site.
• Coordinate inspections and quality checks for precast elements.
• Prepare technical reports and precast documentation; report progress to Project Manager.
