Job summary

SH Design & Build Pte Ltd is seeking a Precast Engineer to manage precast design, shop drawings, and construction coordination at the project site in Singapore. The role involves reviewing element details, scheduling casting with suppliers, and aligning delivery with the construction programme.

You will monitor installation works, ensure tolerances meet specifications, coordinate crane operations, and prepare reports and method statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience as a Precast Engineer in HDB construction projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate precast design and shop drawing submissions.
• Review precast element details and connections.
• Plan casting schedules with precast suppliers.
• Coordinate delivery sequence with site construction programme.
• Monitor installation works and crane operations.
• Ensure precast tolerances comply with specifications.
• Resolve installation and interface issues.
• Coordinate inspections and quality checks.
• Monitor progress and productivity of precast erection.
• Prepare technical reports and method statements.
