Job summary

KIAN YEO BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee precast concrete operations in Singapore. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, plan, schedule and manage execution to meet project goals.

You will prepare shop drawings for precast components, monitor coordination, liaise with clients, suppliers and authorities, review project specifications, and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in precast concrete projects.
Strong coordination and scheduling skills.
Ability to prepare and review shop drawings.

Responsibilities

Oversee coordination of day-to-day operation in the precast concrete activities.
Responsible for overall delivery of the project including planning, scheduling and execution.
Prepare shop drawings for precast components; monitor progress and resolve discrepancies.
Implement cost effective design and project management methods.
Liaise with clients, suppliers and authorities on project-related issues.
Review project specifications and highlight deviations to Contracts Manager/engineer.
Produce project design to meet specifications and ensure accurate information for delivery.
Coordinate with project team, customers, consultants and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and safety measures.
Maintain documentation and records, update project status and reports.
