Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support manufacturing operations in Changi, Singapore. This contract-to-permanent role involves maintaining and troubleshooting critical equipment used in diagnostic and medical device manufacturing.

You'll perform preventive maintenance, read electrical schematics, and collaborate with production and engineering to ensure reliability and uptime as operations move toward 24/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Carry out equipment troubleshooting, repair and corrective maintenance to minimise production downtime.
• Diagnose equipment faults and identify root causes of equipment failures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics and equipment manuals.
• Support equipment installation, modification, calibration and maintenance activities where required.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and smooth manufacturing operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdowns and repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality and manufacturing requirements.
• Support the transition towards 24/7 manufacturing operations and other ad-hoc maintenance activities as required.
