Job summary

widewings pte.ltd is seeking a site supervision professional to assist Consultants/ Professional Engineers (M&E) and Clients in supervising and assuring the quality of construction works on site.

You will coordinate with contractors, check installations against approved drawings and specifications, attend site meetings, inspections, testing and commissioning, and maintain accurate site records to support progress and safety on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist Consultants/ Professional Engineers (M&E) / Clients in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
• Provide standing supervision as and when required by the Consultants / Clients
• Ensure all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications
• Liaise with the contractors/ sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
• Highlight discrepancies, resolve site M&E issues and monitor site progress
• Feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants / Clients
• Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning
• Check as-built drawings to tally with site installation
• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site
• Document site records, ie. Inspection records, T&C records, site meetings etc.
