Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS or related discipline.
• Proven experience in product management, IT project management, or application development and support.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex or large-scale maintenance projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT service delivery.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, development, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
• Prioritise features, enhancements, and backlog items based on business value and feasibility.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing applications, workflows, and user experiences.
• Oversee delivery and maintenance of enterprise applications, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate enhancements, system upgrades, defect resolution, and production support activities.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; manage change, testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Engage stakeholders and vendors, and provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
