CGS CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a professional Civil Engineer to oversee site operations from planning to completion, coordinating with design teams, clients, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will review drawings, enforce WSH rules and building codes, monitor schedules, and report progress and quality. Singapore experience and PE or safety certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in building or civil infrastructure construction in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Singapore's BCA and WSH frameworks; PE license or related safety certifications are a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints, CAD software, and project management tools.

Responsabilités

• Site Operations & Supervision: Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily site activities.
• Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Enforce WSH regulations and building codes; conduct safety audits.
• Technical Coordination: Review drawings, resolve on-site technical issues, provide engineering solutions.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Progress & Resource Monitoring: Track schedules, material deliveries, and manpower deployment.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare site progress reports, inspection records, and QA documentation.
