Job summary

Millennium Technology Services seeks a seasoned Customer Experience Resident Engineer to serve as the trusted Cisco expert within a key customer environment. You will plan, design, implement, optimize, and support Cisco network infrastructure, blending solution architecture foresight with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities include architecture reviews, on-site leadership, troubleshooting RCA, and proactive optimization using analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and supporting large enterprise or service provider networks using Cisco technologies.
• Expertise in Cisco Enterprise Routing & Switching, Data Center Networking, and Security domains.
• Strong RCA troubleshooting and network performance tuning experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to work onsite full-time at a customer location.
• CCIE Certification (Enterprise Infrastructure, Data Center) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture reviews and design validation against validated designs and business requirements.
• Deliver onsite technical leadership, lab testing, and low-risk change implementation.
• Provide advanced technical assistance and RCA support for complex network issues.
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities using analytics and insights.
• Maintain strong customer relationships as the primary technical advocate within Cisco.
