Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an on-site Project Engineer to lead and deliver BMS projects. You will plan, coordinate, and complete assignments, communicating with customers at all stages and guiding subcontractors to adherence to schedule and budget.

The role requires a degree in engineering and at least 1 year of BMS project experience, with proficiency in Excel, Word and MS Project. Occasional overtime and site coordination are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering (or related field) with 1+ years of BMS project experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and MS Project is essential.
• Ability to interact with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site project leader to plan, execute and complete projects.
• Coordinate communication with customer during all project phases.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Define scope, budget and schedule; identify risks and propose resolutions.
• Monitor QA/QC, safety and compliance; manage project documentation.
• Work with Sales on tender bids and hand over projects to service teams.
