Job summary

Johnson Controls Singapore is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead on-site BMS projects. You will plan scope, budget and schedule, coordinate with customers, subcontractors and the Sales team, and ensure timely delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate has a degree with 8+ years in BMS systems, strong Excel/Word/MS Project skills, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, with willingness to work odd hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field with 8+ years in BMS systems.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and MS Project.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience; client and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, budget and schedule for projects.
• Coordinate communication with customers and subcontractors.
• Oversee multiple small to medium scale projects.
• Track progress and project health with supervisors.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and safety standards.
• Assist with tender bidding and handover to service team.
