Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a design-focused professional to lead the end-to-end UX for complex enterprise digital products. You will craft user journeys, information architecture and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma, and prototype interactive experiences for cross-functional teams.

You will validate concepts through usability testing, collaborate with product, engineering and vendors, and contribute to design systems to ensure scalable consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex enterprise, SaaS, platform and/or workflow-based digital products.
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end product design including user flows, research, IA, prototyping and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Ability to translate complex user needs, business rules, and technical constraints into effective user experiences across end-to-end journeys and edge cases.
• Proficiency in visual and interface design: typography, layout, visual hierarchy and interaction details.
• Experience planning and conducting user research, usability testing, workshops and co-design activities with users and stakeholders, translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Experience contributing to design systems and reusable components for consistency and scalability across products.
• Experience collaborating with product, business, engineering and delivery teams through handover, reviews and constraint resolution.
• Strong communication and ownership, able to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work through ambiguity with minimal supervision.

Scope of work:

• Plan, facilitate and document workshops and co-design sessions with users, stakeholders and project teams to uncover needs, align perspectives, explore concepts and support design decisions;
• Design and refine user journeys, information architecture, interaction flows and interfaces, translating user, business and technical requirements into intuitive digital experiences;
• Develop design artefacts in Figma, including wireframes, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes and reusable components;
• Validate and iterate designs through usability testing, concept testing and other relevant methods, incorporating findings into subsequent design improvements;
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technology and development teams and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs, including design handover, implementation reviews, design quality assurance and knowledge transfer; and
• Implement and maintain design documentation and support design handover adherence to applicable design systems and standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess experience designing complex enterprise, SaaS, platform and/ or workflow-based digital products;
• Possess a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, including user flows, research, information architecture design, prototyping and high-fidelity designs in Figma;
• Demonstrate experience applying systems thinking and translating complex user needs, business rules, operational requirements and technical constraints into effective user experiences, including consideration of end-to-end journeys, dependencies, different system states and edge cases;
• Demonstrate proficiency in visual and interface design, including typography, layout, visual hierarchy, spacing, consistency and interaction details;
• Demonstrate experience planning and conducting user research, usability testing, workshops and co-design activities with users and stakeholders, and translating findings and outcomes into actionable insights and design improvements;
• Demonstrate experience applying, maintaining and contributing to design systems, including reusable components and interaction patterns, to ensure consistency and scalability across digital products;
• Demonstrate experience collaborating with product, business, engineering and delivery teams throughout design and implementation, including design handover, clarification of design intent, review of implemented interfaces, and resolution of design, business or technical constraints; and
• Demonstrate effective communication and ownership, including the ability to articulate design rationale, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work effectively through ambiguity with minimal supervision.
