Job summary

AASHISH STEEL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in daily project execution and to supervise subcontractors and in-house workers.

You will work with site operations staff to meet the project schedule and ensure installations follow construction drawings. You will monitor progress and quality, maintain workmanship standards, and attend daily toolbox meetings, conveying clear instructions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
