Job summary

ADEX – Asia Dive Expo in Singapore seeks a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. Immediate availability is required, and you will assist with promoting the loyalty program and regional events.

You will conduct market research, perform sales follow-ups, and prepare basic reports on campaign performance and audience engagement. During events, you’ll help with on-site operations, registration, customer service, and exhibitor coordination.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or diploma student with immediate start.
• Prior internship experience in Singapore required.
• Strong written and spoken communication with exhibitors, partners, and attendees.
• Foundational sales aptitude and interest in sales management.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and attention to detail in fast-paced events.
• Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace and Canva.
• Pursuing studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields; passion for events or ocean industries.

Responsibilities

• Support promotion of ADEX loyalty program and regional events.
• Assist with outreach to exhibitors, sponsors, partners, and attendees.
• Conduct market research, sales follow-ups, and basic reporting on campaign performance and audience engagement.
• During event periods, support on-site operations including registration, customer service, and exhibitor coordination.
